CrownThrive Impact Institute (CII) Policy

Where Legacy Ignites the Future.
CrownThrive Impact Institute (CII) is CrownThrive, LLC’s impact and initiative engine. We design, fund, and operate real-world campaigns and verified partner programs that create measurable outcomes in communities, culture, and climate, while keeping everything accountable, trackable, and scalable across the CrownThrive ecosystem.

Table of Contents

1. What CII Is

CII is an operating division and public-facing initiative layer of CrownThrive, LLC. CII exists to:

  • Design and operate impact programs that align with CrownThrive’s mission: impact, legacy, and community advancement.

  • Coordinate verified partner programs where contributions are routed to preselected, vetted partners and programs.

  • Host climate and social-impact initiatives such as EcoDrive and Stripe Climate participation.

  • Provide a structured path for builders and graduates of CrownThrive programs to participate in and launch approved impact projects.

  • Tie impact activity to ecosystem architecture, including the Thrive Flywheel, Cultural Imprint Engine, and CHLOM-based governance concepts.

CII may offer campaigns, memberships, access perks, learning pathways, and participation programs across CrownThrive brands and platforms.

2. What CII Is Not

To prevent confusion and protect everyone involved:

  • CII is not a nonprofit organization. CII is a for-profit initiative operated by CrownThrive, LLC.

  • CII contributions are not automatically charitable donations. Unless CrownThrive explicitly states otherwise in writing for a specific program, contributions should be treated as contributions to a for-profit initiative with pass-through funding to verified partners.

  • CII does not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

  • CII does not guarantee outcomes. We pursue measurable impact, but outcomes depend on partners, real-world conditions, and operational realities.

3. Scope and Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to anyone who interacts with CII or any CII-supported contribution channel, including but not limited to:

  • CrownThrive ecosystem members and account holders

  • ThriveAlumni participants and contributors

  • CrownThriveU cohorts, classes, and graduates

  • ThriveFund participants (contributors and approved campaign builders)

  • Partners, vendors, affiliates, ambassadors, and collaborators

  • Visitors who contribute through public pages, checkout links, tickets, or other funding flows

This Policy also applies across CrownThrive websites, applications, portals, and services where CII appears, including programs delivered through CrownThrive.com, CrownThrive.org (when applicable), Help Center documentation, and the Collab Portal.

4. How Contributions Work

When you contribute to a CII initiative (including contributions made through ThriveAlumni, ThriveFund, events, or ecosystem campaigns), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your payment is treated as a contribution to support an initiative, program, or partner-aligned project.

  • Contributions may be routed to preselected and verified partners, projects, campaigns, or program operators.

  • Some contributions may support infrastructure and administration required to run the initiative responsibly.

  • Contributions may be pooled and distributed over time (for example, weekly, monthly, or by milestone).

CII may offer different contribution types, including:

  • General contributions (supporting CII operations and impact programming)

  • Program-specific contributions (earmarked for a defined program category)

  • Campaign contributions (earmarked for an approved ThriveFund campaign)

  • Climate contributions (EcoDrive, Stripe Climate, and related impact initiatives)

5. Admin Fee and Operating Costs

To operate responsibly, CII charges an administrative fee on contribution flows.

  • Admin Fee Cap: CII’s administrative fee will not exceed 10% of applicable contributions.

  • The admin fee supports governance, verification, payment processing overhead, compliance controls, reporting, fraud prevention, and operational costs.

  • Some processors may also charge their own fees (for example, payment processing fees). Those may apply in addition to the admin fee.

CII may adjust administrative structures across programs as the ecosystem evolves, but the cap stated above remains the default policy position unless explicitly revised in an update.

6. Partner Selection, Verification, and Due Diligence

CII routes funds only to preselected and verified partners based on our internal screening and operating standards.

Verification and due diligence may include:

  • Identity and business verification

  • Proof of operational capacity

  • Reputation checks and community risk review

  • Scope alignment with CrownThrive’s mission and standards

  • Compliance checks as appropriate (including sanctions screening where required)

  • Agreement execution (including NDA or confidentiality requirements where needed)

CII reserves the right to:

  • Pause, replace, or remove partners for risk, compliance, performance, misalignment, or reputational concerns

  • Redirect earmarked contributions to a functionally similar verified program if the original program becomes unavailable or non-viable

7. Programs, Campaigns, and Categories

CII may operate and support categories including (but not limited to):

  • Community Empowerment and Opportunity

  • Education, Workforce, and Entrepreneurship

  • Culture, Media, and Creative Economy

  • Health, Wellness, and Resilience

  • Disaster Relief and Rapid Response

  • Climate, Sustainability, and Regenerative Projects

Programs may be delivered through the ecosystem using tools like ThriveTools, CrownLytics, CrownPulse, ThrivePush, ThriveGather, ThriveTickets, CrownRewards, AdLuxe Network, and associated partner systems.

8. EcoDrive and Stripe Climate Initiatives

CII may host or coordinate climate and sustainability initiatives, including (as available and active at the time):

  • EcoDrive initiatives (impact campaigns, public dashboards, and verified project reporting)

  • Stripe Climate participation (directing a fraction of revenue or customer-supported contributions to carbon removal)

Important notes:

  • Some climate initiatives may be funded by CrownThrive, LLC as part of its operating commitments.

  • Some climate initiatives may be funded by optional contributions from members or customers.

  • Availability and campaign specifics may change, including supported campaign types such as tree planting, ocean plastic removal, kelp cultivation, and other verified impact programs.

When applicable, CII may publish links to public dashboards, receipts, or summaries of ongoing campaign impact.

9. ThriveAlumni, ThriveFund, and Cohort Graduation Access

CII works alongside ThriveAlumni and ThriveFund as the ecosystem’s structured impact and builder pathway.

Cohorts, Classes, and Graduation

  • CrownThrive programs may run as cohorts, classes, accelerators, incubations, or structured tracks.

  • Graduates may receive access to ThriveAlumni status and may unlock eligibility for ThriveFund participation.

ThriveFund Participation and Builder Access

  • Graduates and vetted builders may apply to launch a ThriveFund campaign or project.

  • Campaigns and projects require approval and must meet CII standards for clarity, integrity, feasibility, and community alignment.

  • Approved projects may receive access to CII distribution pathways, visibility tools, and structured reporting expectations.

Equity and Ownership Pathways

Certain incubations may include an ownership component as part of the deal structure.

  • Where offered and accepted, CrownThrive, LLC may provide a funding sum or incubation investment in exchange for 10% ownership in the incubated venture after incubation.

  • Any equity, licensing, revenue share, or ownership arrangements are governed by separate written agreements and do not automatically apply to all programs.

10. Member Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CII or any contribution channel to:

  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation

  • Launder money or route funds for illegal activity

  • Impersonate a person, organization, partner, or authority

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or target individuals or protected groups

  • Submit false campaign claims, fake receipts, or manipulated impact reporting

  • Attempt to bypass platform rules, verification, or security controls

CrownThrive may suspend access, reject contributions, pause distribution, or terminate accounts for violations.

11. Transparency, Reporting, and Receipts

CII may publish reporting and transparency updates including:

  • Partner lists (where appropriate)

  • Campaign status summaries

  • Admin fee disclosures

  • Distribution reporting cadence

  • Public dashboards when available

We reserve the right to withhold sensitive operational details that would compromise security, partner safety, or proprietary methods.

12. No Tax Advice and No Deductibility Promise

CrownThrive, LLC is a for-profit entity.

  • Nothing in this Policy should be treated as tax advice.

  • Do not assume deductibility of contributions. If a specific program is ever structured to qualify for deductible treatment through an eligible partner structure, CrownThrive will state that clearly in writing for that specific program.

You are responsible for consulting your own tax professional regarding your situation.

13. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Because contributions may be routed quickly and used for live programs:

  • Contributions are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing for a specific program.

  • If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact us promptly.

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account limitations while we investigate.

We may request documentation to validate disputes, including proof of identity and transaction details.

14. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Proprietary Systems

CII is powered by CrownThrive’s proprietary ecosystem.

All rights are reserved. This includes, without limitation:

  • CrownThrive™, CrownThrive Impact Institute (CII), Thrive Flywheel, Cultural Imprint Engine, CHLOM™, MM Suites, and all related naming systems, identity systems, policies, and models

  • Platform brands, logos, service marks, software, templates, playbooks, documentation, scoring systems, curricula, and operating frameworks

  • Any internal operating models and governance structures used to run incubation, verification, licensing, compliance, attribution, and reward flows

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from CrownThrive’s proprietary systems, content, or brand assets without explicit written permission.

CHLOM Ownership Notice

CHLOM™ and all related IP, engines, frameworks, governance structures, and documentation are owned by CrownThrive, LLC.

15. Confidentiality, NDA, and Non-Disclosure Expectations

Some CII activities involve sensitive partner details, operational methods, campaign vetting, and internal scoring.

By participating in CII programs, you agree that:

  • Non-public information you learn through CII may be confidential.

  • CrownThrive may require you to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to access certain partner materials, deal structures, incubator documents, or internal systems.

  • You may not disclose internal documents, private partner information, vetting notes, funding structures, or non-public roadmaps without written permission.

Violations may result in removal from programs, access termination, and legal action where necessary.

16. Compliance, Sanctions, and Legal Cooperation

CrownThrive may restrict participation or contributions in order to:

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Prevent fraud and financial crime

  • Enforce sanctions and restricted-party requirements

  • Respond to lawful requests from courts or government authorities

We may request additional verification where required.

17. Platform Availability and Disclaimers

CII programs may involve phased rollouts.

  • Features may be in alpha, beta, MVP, or production.

  • Timelines can shift due to technical, legal, partner, or operational constraints.

CII services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. CrownThrive makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.

18. International Participation

CrownThrive, LLC operates from the United States but serves a global community.

By using CII from outside the United States, you understand and agree:

  • Your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.

  • Local laws may vary, and you are responsible for complying with your local requirements.

  • Certain programs may be restricted based on location, sanctions compliance, or partner constraints.

19. Policy Updates

We may revise this Policy to reflect program changes, legal requirements, partner structures, or platform evolution.

When updated, we will revise the Last Updated date above. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
